I am nearing the end of my intro to painting class. It's probably been on of my favorites this semester, my professor gives us a lot of free range when it comes to homework assignments. My final is to complete 50 sq ft of painting....it's going to be crazy.
This was our first in class painting.

We were to compete a high key and a low key painting.
This was our indirect vs. direct painting assignment.
Grided into sections of painting directly or using glazing.
We had to "tie" it all together in whatever way we found fit.
This was our most recent homework assignment. Excess & Economy. I used color and mark to express economy and excess.
The week prior and during economy & excess we were working from a model.
